Fixlet immediately let me know that there was no way to do the work in my budget because of parts costs. Saved us a service call and wasted time by being honest up front. In under 20 minutes, I got what I needed to know, without a service call or extra BS. 100% Recommend.
Arrived within service window. Clean, well equipped, friendly, professional tech. Tested and discussed results and options. Great feedback and insights as to alternatives and potential consequences. Would recommend.

Andrew was great to work with! He was on time for the appt. And was able to get me in same day for a refrigerator repair. He was able to work around my schedule since this was a last minute appt. That was very much appreciated. I would definately recommend him for your repairs.
