These Terms of Use describe how you may use this website and what to expect when you book a service with Fixlet Appliance Repair and Refrigeration (“Fixlet”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be simple and fair — if anything is unclear, just ask us.

Using this website

The information on this site — services, prices, service areas and tips — is provided for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but details may change without notice and occasional errors can happen.

Please use the site for lawful purposes only and do not try to interfere with its operation or security.

Booking and appointments

Submitting a request online or by phone is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the time window and the details of your appliance.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Service call, cancellation, payment and warranty terms for in-home visits are described in our Service Terms.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting prices and estimates. The final cost depends on the actual diagnosis, the parts required and the work involved. Our technician will explain the repair and its cost before starting the work, and nothing is done without your approval.

Warranty

Repairs come with a 90-day labor warranty; parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The full conditions are in our Service Terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges or repairs made by others after our visit.

Limitation of liability

We take care when working in your home and stand behind our work. Beyond the repair itself and as permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food or lost time, arising from an appliance failure.

Third-party links and brands

The site may link to other websites and mention appliance brands. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the equipment we service; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers unless stated otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
