Fixlet immediately let me know that there was no way to do the work in my budget because of parts costs. Saved us a service call and wasted time by being honest up front. In under 20 minutes, I got what I needed to know, without a service call or extra BS. 100% Recommend.
Assessment on our fridge was quick and the eventual repair was as well. The correspondence was great and they provide updates on arrival time so we knew when to expect them. Andrew was courteous and knowledgeable and we appreciate his help. Problem solved!
